For as long as Lewis S. Bostwick could remember, he had an ability that set him apart: He was a clairvoyant, someone who could see the energy of the people and spirits around him. A lifelong student of various schools of mysticism, including the Masons and Rosicrucians, it wasn’t until 1973, when he was in his fifties, that he founded the Berkeley Psychic Institute and Church of Divine Man. His goal was to pass on the tools and techniques that he had learned over the course of his life. Through those organizations, tens of thousands learned his meditation techniques—tools like grounding and running energy—which help integrate body and spirit to enhance personal autonomy and growth. Thousands went on to use Bostwick’s techniques to learn how to read auras and energy through the organization’s clairvoyant training program, and BPI and CDM continue to pursue that mission today.

Although he passed away in 1995, Bostwick had the foresight to record many of his lectures, and Mystic Explorers is honored to make those teachings available to a worldwide audience. The archives consist of hundreds of hours of lectures aimed at audiences ranging from beginners to advanced students and we are constantly in the process of digitizing tapes, restoring the sound when necessary, and bringing them to you.
